Swanmore Avenue, Southampton
Secured via a national estate agent, Swanmore Avenue was a tired and dilapidated property in need of attention. On viewing the property the kitchen had been partially removed, carpets binned and wall paper stripping commenced.
Being just over 50m2, ZebraInvest knew the property could easily be converted in to a large 2 bedroom flat. The existing living room was large enough to fit a kitchen, dining and living space in to. The existing bathroom gutted and completely replaced. Then the flat was completely rewired to the latest regulations.
To achieve an additional bedroom the existing kitchen was removed as well as the wall between it and the adjoining bedroom, a new stud work wall was erected allowing the huge double bedroom to be split creating two spacious rooms.
