Whilst working for Posh Pads as investment manager, ZebraInvest transformed this 4 bedroom student house.
Previously tired, neglected and lacking maintenance – most tenants would not want to rent the property. The previous landlord was starting to experience voids and poor-quality tenants, so the found and secured on behalf of an investor.
Over the space of 3 months, Newcombe Road was transformed – having a full rewire, new boiler, new kitchen, 4 bedrooms refurbished and completely redecorated. At the time the property rented for circa 10 – 20% above the average market value, since then it’s been retained as a rental property.
