Caernarvon Road presented an interesting opportunity for ZebraInvest to work with an investor. The property was on market for sale with Websters, a local independent agency, who had previously agreed a sale of the property that fell through.
ZebraInvest moved forwards to buy both the front and rear property together with an investor. Unfortunately the rear property lacked planning permission for use as a residential property, by using a lawful development certificate this planning could be obtained.
Additionally both property had been split on to two titles, although electricity supplies had not. On purchasing the property planning and utilities were organised / achieved allowing for each property now to be refinanced or sold separately – vastly increasing their values.
The two properties are now both house shares and rented through AM Living or Jones and Co.
