Doman Road, Norwich
Whilst speaking with a local estate agent, they mentioned Doman Road had a lack of interest. Within 4 days ZebraInvest secured finance, bidded on the property and purchased for £210,000 (the guide price). Over the next three months an interior design, project management team and set of builders transformed the property from a drab tired house in to a cared for home.
Since then the property was placed on the market with another local estate agent, initially with a sale falling through and a second agreed at a better price.
