Having found this property through PropertyData, listed with an out of area asset manager, it was obvious that Ashtree Road needed some love.
When looking around the property asbestos could be found, rubbish had been tipped in the garden, faeces had been spread on walls and the tiles smashed up in the bathrooms.
Ashtree Road was in need of transformation, to become a beautiful home ideal either for a family or those looking to downsize having living space on the ground floor.
Being a vast property, ZebraInvest knew it could be transformed and have a fair amount of character put back in to the property.
The roof was removed and replaced, a new boiler and all radiators replace, electrics upgraded with a new consumer unit and the house given a new lease of life.
ZebraInvest worked with an investor to deliver the project, with a sale agreed at £400,000.
