Exposure

Our director, Tristan Gordon, appeared on Property.TV (Sky Channel 191) presenting a Norwich based commercial to residential investment conversion opportunity on Property Elevator to 5 investment angels. See how the pitch went by watching this Youtube video of the episode.

Since then, ZebraInvest has competed against 200 applicants to win PropertyGraduate 2022 on Property.TV (a similar format to The Apprentice for Property) attempting to launch a development company with John Howard.

Frequently you will find ZebraInvest at networking events, both seeking and sharing knowledge with others. Typically attending the Property Investors Network (Norwich & Cambridge), local BNI groups, lunch groups and members clubs.

In 2021 ZebraInvest started, and host, Norwich Property Meet (https://www.cutt.ly/NorwichPropertyMeet), now located at St Giles House Hotel where it, sells out, attracting 40+ local property investors, developers and professionals each month – focussing on creating a social and friendly environment to thrive.

At ZebraInvest our property investments create homes, whether it be  for a first time buyers, young families, young professionals or students. To achieve this we invest in co-living shared houses, defunct commercial building or refurbish unloved houses.

These two investment styles offer different types of return, either fixed rate return lending (over an agreed term – beating inflation) or the ability for investors to lend and learn – to understand the principles of investing whilst seeing a project underway.
