A Southampton property investor had purchased this property, intending to transform a damp, tired and unfit for purpose property in to a house to call home.
Having spoken with Tristan Gordon, whilst at Posh Pads, a plan to convert the property in to a 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with separate kitchen and living area was created.
Over the space of 3 months a building team transformed the place, creating a desirable student house the investor could be proud of.
The property was finished inline with the Posh Pads standard and specification. Tenants were signed up to rent the property based on floor plans, design ideas and other projects that Posh Pads had completed before.
